Disappointed that there was only 1 bathtub. I only booked it because the listing showed 2. Plus there was way too many spiders in the property.

This place was squeaky clean. Everything was In order and we'll kept. The decor was excellent

It was perfect except for the long climb to the top. That was the only complaint but nothing really worth mentioning. Our whole family does this each Summer. It was our first trip to the Outer Banks. Beautiful place but businesses were not prepared for all the tourists. It was impossible to eat out for example. Two and three hour delays

This rental was very nice but some improvements could be made. The biggest issues were that none of the sink drains drained properly and the entire house was crawling with spiders and ants. I realize that bugs are going to be outside but the inside could have been better controlled. The living room couch was big and looked perfect for our group of 9 however it was less than comfy. My whole group highly recommends the owners make an upgrade here. The AC was also locked and we couldn’t get it cooler than 73 which is pretty warm for us northerners and the internet was disappointing for the kids. Some pros to note… the house was very clean (besides the bugs) the neighbor hood is great, trash and pool services came as expected, the kitchen was very well stocked with supplies, pool and hot tub are great!
