The home was nicely located near the clubhouse, pool, and the beach was easy to get to. Great for families that want to avoid commercial congestion but a little too far for those that want to be able to walk or bike to the center of Corolla. The house was a nice size for the family.

OK, needs some updating, Deck was great!

House was dirty when we checked in (only surfaced cleaned), maintenance was excellent to respond. Kitchen well stocked. Deck was nice and kitchen/living room. House needs some extra attention, nails sticking out, bedroom door frame completely coming off with nails coming out. Pools closed after Labor Day which was a shame, since they don't have lifeguards anyways. Needs some paint and caulk. The bedrooms could use some updated furniture. It wasn't what we are used to in OBX, but we had fun and made the best of it.

Loved Corolla but wouldn’t rent this house again.

The pictures really wet not accurate of the way the house actually was. Very hard to see going down the last set of stairs. Also, needs better lighting in the laundry room. Dead bugs on the wall. It was very convenient to the beach & pool.

Yearly family gathering

Property was more than expected. We all enjoyed our stay. It was great to be so close to the pool and ocean at the same time. Corolla is less congested which is a plus. Only negative was traffic in and out on Saturdays.
