In the epicenter of Coronado Village…walk to Orange Avenue’s shops, cinema, and restaurants in 5 min, or to the beach in 6 min. This gorgeous 2BR/2BA features @1000 sq. ft of meticulously remodeled space that includes a rare in-unit stacked washer/dryer, A/C, two smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, and many more amenities.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, built-in closet, and brand new ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, ample storage with brand new built-in closet, and a smart TV. There are two desks in the condo, perfect for working from home.

The main living area has a beautiful open floor plan with a dining room table and a stunning one-of-a-kind oversized sofa with custom cushions, perfect for family gatherings and for extra guests to sleep on. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony with brand-new wood-effect decking. The well-appointed kitchen includes hand-crafted wood countertops and a farmhouse sink.

The common area features a rooftop deck with grills, lounges, seating for four, and expansive views of downtown San Diego, Hotel Del Coronado, and Point Loma.

There is one underground, secured parking spot, plenty of free street parking, well-maintained grounds, and an additional common laundry facility. Beach chairs and towels are included. Minimum stay of 26 nights required by local ordinance.
