Perfect stay for a family

The house fit perfect for me and my family. It was our first time visiting Port Aransas, and we had an amazing time. I will definitely use this property for furure visits.

Loved this place!!

Wow!! We’ve stayed in VRBOs that don’t provide ANYTHING, so we came prepared with trashbags, toilet paper, all the tiny items previous hosts didn’t provide. This host provided much more than we needed and we are so grateful! It made traveling with littles easy! The beds were SO comfortable, the place was very clean, the pool is right outside the front door, it’s close to the beach. We REALLY enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!!

Mother’s Day weekend

My husband was looking for a cottage/house close to the beach for the Mother’s Day weekend. When our family got there I was pleased that my 2023 Suburban could fit nicely in the driveway. We were given a code by telephone to be able to get into the house. Inside, it was cute, but did notice that minor things weren’t working or missing. I took pictures and sent to a lady named Briana who came in on Saturday along with Maintenance. She mentioned that she would pass along the information and see if we could get a discount next time we stayed. Pros- close to the beach In laws were able to stay in Master downstairs Nice layout Big enough driveway for our new Suburban 4 bedrooms/ 3 & 1/2 baths Community pool right outside the front door Cons- When calling the number on the window , I was told rudely it was only for Emergency calls only. Minor items either missing or not working or weren’t cleaned. Bed sheets upstairs had stains so I didn’t even sleep on them. Tv upstairs and in living room didn’t work Tiny rooms upstairs Toilets and tub were dirty ( I took pictures) Oven and stove were DIRTY!! Grill outside looked so rusty my husband didn’t want to even grill on it. Need pest control asap!! Saw roaches & spiders. Would like to come back so if those cons get fixed. How do we get a beach pass next time come back? We have Elderly with us and can’t make that walk to the beach so we need a car

2023 Family Vacation

Exceptional location and resident. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute in the house and proximity to the beach and restaurants could not have been better. Recommend owner/manager change mattress in master bedroom; way too soft. Also recommend complex post sign for no smoking in pool.
