Perfectly situated on Aransas Bay, plenty of food and bait shops just down the street. Awesome fishing pier on site with super bright lights that attracted tons of bait fish. You won’t be disappointed with your stay.

New Years 2024

Condo is very nice with a great view and close to eateries. The only issue is we reported a problem with WiFi and TV on Sunday upon our arrival and Monday as a follow up. The issue was not resolved until Tuesday morning when the cable repair company came. There was nothing we could have done to fix the problem ourselves and this was not reported to the cable company until Monday late afternoon. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay. The WiFi issue prevented us from rating this with a 5.

Awesome condo!!!!

The condo was awesome it was clean and the pictures did no justice. The fishing pier was a major plus we caught about 8 drums in 2 days and 36inch bull red. It was a great experience with the family. I will definitely keep this vacation on my to list soon.

Great fishing pier for kids!

We loved the condo and the location. The other condo visitors were so friendly. They have an annual cool the pool for July 4 th. It was so fun and patriotic with songs included. We also loved the pier and fishing. We even watched dolphins every morning from our back porch.

Bay dreaming Dream

Excellent! Place was big enough for 2 couples and 2 kids. Bunk room has a twin bed with an extra pull out bed underneath. Property is close to the pool and the pier. I would ask for extra parking space permits if you have more than one vehicle staying at the property. Great stay overall, clean, and had everything we needed. 5 min. Away from Rockport Beach.
