Weekend Stay in Port A

This property had plenty of sleeping areas and a cold AC. It is also super close to the beach and corner stores as well as being convenient to everything. The manage was quick to respond to and address our needs. Issues without stay was that we ran out of propone on the 1st night while cooking so had to wait until the next day for propane. Also there was a huge sleeper sofa with mold inside the garage so not even a small vehicle could park in the garage and close the door. The front and back door were hard to keep closed as well.

Not far from the beach, adequate accommodations

Just a few blocks from the beach - walkable, but renting a golf cart is recommended. The unit was adequate for our needs - 8 adults, 2 kids, and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The furniture downstairs is rather spartan and there is not enough casual seating, but the table is large and will seat 8, plus 2 more at the bar. Downstairs is a bit cramped, particularly the kitchen. The beds are satisfactory, but the pillows are very thin - bring your own. New bath mats are needed - our hope was that they were originally grey (since they are now), but we suspect they were white at one time. Upstairs was relatively comfortable with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a loft area that has a bunkbed. We did have a problem with the garage not opening although several people tried, and after a lengthy text exchange with the management company nothing was resolved. Overall, needs updating - adequate but nothing special.

Perfect stay!

We stayed at this place during the Sandfest and it is the perfect location to everything. The home is very spacious and the perfect size for all of us. We’ve already booked our next stay.

Nice place

Lots of room with the 4 bedrooms. Was very well furnished with necessities. Plenty of pots and pans,dishes, linens. Did not have the greatest views but fairly close to the beach.

Vacay review

A woman came to the door shortly after we checked in. She asked if everything was clean. I told her the grill was dirty. She took a photo and said someone would come and clean it. No one did. The garage door opener quit working while my car was inside. Our AC stopped working during our second night. All this made a stressful stay.

We love the location

The condo is much smaller than it appears, kitchen is more of a kitchenette thaw a full kitchen, the decor needs a uplifting, WE HAD A HUGH PROBLEM WITH Roaches, i call the off manager they said they sent someone out, but not sure, they were on the cabinets so bad we kept our food on the table, the bedrooms are so small it was hard for placement of our luggage, due to the roach problem we had to wash the dishes before we could use them, and there were only two kitchen towels for five nights I felt that they could do a little bit better, I am a property owner myself in a different town I’m not picky so I understand but I did want my stay to nice for my family for the price

There were cockroaches it was messy the doors were not completely not functioning patio was dirty noisy equipment pool was cleanliness was not very good no access to the garage overall the property have major and minor issues
