Welcome to the beach in Port Aransas, Texas. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, bottom-floor condo can host six guests. Bright and open, the full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Four barstools sit at the island for enjoying meals and snacks alongside a small table that seats two. Lighthouses and seahorses decorate the space and bring the beach to you. In the living room, relax on the leather couch and loveseat with a flat-screen TV and fan to keep cool all day. Step outside on the private patio to enjoy morning coffee or evening dessert in cool blue chairs and take in the sea breezes and Gulf sounds. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, a wall-mounted TV, a ceiling fan, chest and a luggage rack for your convenience. The hallway bathroom holds a vanity and a tiled tub/shower. The second bedroom (BR2) is made up of two Queen beds, a chest and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom contains a vanity and a large tile and pebble walk-in shower with a glass door enclosure along with more soft sea creature paintings and décor. Amenities included: TV, wireless internet, access to charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 shared community pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and beach access with walkways over the dunes.
