Perfect overflow for Beachhead

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had several units at Beachhead and needed overflow for a few extra friends. This unit is close to the front of Beachhead and is like an efficiency.

Beautiful condos

The Beach Head condos are old, but they are very well maintained. The pool and boardwalk were lovely. However, I would not recommend staying in an "efficiency," which offers no real amenities. It's basically a bed in a storeroom, with windows. No view. No kitchen, just a fridge and a microwave. No table. The only storage is a chest of drawers, and there are a few plates, cups and knives. I would stay at these condos again, but I'd get a nicer room.

Great place!

Really fun trip! Loved the beach being right there and the outdoor shower, and pool area. Use of the kitchen and game room is relaxing and convenient.

Beach head unit seven

Beach head unit seven was a clean and well-maintained room. It was close to restaurants and activities in Port Aransas, and corpus. The only downside was that the TV and Internet were not working with the password provided and the bed was a little smaller than we originally thought. Also there was a very long boardwalk to get to the beach. Luckily you can drive a car to the beach and park if you have a lot of things to carry.

Only stay if you are single with zero amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice area, clearly marked parking spot, check in late but no fuss, the first night the inside door knob fell off. In the morning I thought that was an unusual way to open the door. Reported it on the second night and the next day it was fixed. However the mattress had a hole in it. I thought I could sleep on it a second night which afterwards was a big mistake. I did notify guest services but they could not do anything in a weekend. It’s not a comfortable stay in your room since there was no table or chairs yet somehow a set of dishes and aware are available to you. Dish soap available but only the bathroom sink available to wash??? This is a good room to stay if you are single. Not if you are married. 99% of the room was clean however under the bathroom sink there was hair noticeable when you sit on the toilet.

Reviewer Comments: Distance to beach was great, pool was wonderful and Property Management was fantastic but Unit 7 was tooooo small, had a musky smell, states full kitchen but only microwave and small fridge. No table. Outdoor lights were so bright and shown through the blinds all night long! Unable to connect to anything on the tv, very bad signal. Would stay at beachhead again , not unit 7 but would go larger

The unit was in great shape, so it's baffling why the owner can't update the window unit.

Took my mom for a quick weekend beach trip. The one bedroom worked great for us, bathroom- shower- sleep- little fridge for drinks- microwave. Pool few feet away, rec room- and a beach right down the boardwalk. 5 min drive to restaurants. perfect for what we planned.
