Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! Everything was ready for us when we arrived! The close proximity to the beach/jetty and restaurants was fantastic! My only problem was the dryer. Maybe it's just the humid climate, but it took forever to get a load of clothes dry! However, we would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was clean easy parking, well maintained grounds. The unit was spacious - different than pictures as table was smaller and round vs rectangular, the chase lounge was not it unit. Deck was nice - all bedrooms were accessed through tight spiral stair case on 3rd floor - never stayed at bay tree prior so was unaware that fact - the checkin checkout was super easy with phone. No views of channel or ocean from this unit
