The house is exactly as described. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and safe. The beach is a short drive from the property. Recommend renting a golf cart if you are going to spend a lot of time at the beach. The property is close to everything in Port Aransas. Wonderful stay.

Great Beach Neighborhood

The house is on a quaint little street just off 361, and within walking distance to the beach. A short drive north into Port A. Beach access is over a nice wooden boardwalk, over the dunes. The block seemed to be full of vacation renters, and I was comfortable with leaving my surfboards on top of the car overnight. My kids and I enjoyed relaxing in the living room after a day of surfing. And, the pool was great! The kids couldn’t get enough of it! There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand, and, utility room shower, toilet, and sink, behind the enclosed patio. The enclosed patio did have an extra fridge, as well as the utility room. Adequate utensils, pots, and pans in the kitchen. The front patio was also a great spot to relax. This house was everything we wanted in a beach house.

The house is located in a great area with easy access to the beach. We did have an issue with mosquitoes outside and inside the home. We would consider staying again if the mosquito issue inside the home was resolved

The Best Location!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is the best. You can take a short walk to the beach or drive your golf cart or car on the beach which is just around the corner. The post is very accurate. The bedroom setups worked perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bed. Having our own washer and dryer was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor shower was convenient for after the beach. The pool is amazing! My kids loved that pool! We used it very frequently. The screened in porch is huge. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! Suggestions: Better blinds or curtains in bedrooms. Current ones don’t block the light much but my kids get up early and don’t take naps anymore so it didn’t bother us. A dresser would be nice in the 3rd bedroom to be able to unpack completely but again we managed. Thank you for letting us use your house! We had such a wonderful family vacation!

Fantastic Retreat!

Our stay at 628 Park Place was perfect. The owner equipped this for fun and comfort. It is loaded with extras. We really enjoyed our stay, and the beach was fairly quiet. When we book this again, we will be sure to not pack so much!!

Loved the pool and the screened in patio. Everything was great except the WiFi, it would connect but could not use it. And it seemed it wouldn’t reach downstairs to the patio. Other than that I would stay there again.

Pearl on Park Place

We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Had all the towels we needed and were glad there was a washer/dryer available which made it vwry convenient to washl or rinse our clothes. Loved the screen room with the shower and bathroom which made very convenient to have access to both from the pool. Loved the front balcony--big plus. Excellent outdoir furniture to relax at, etc-- could go on n on....
