This house is well equipped and fit two families of four comfortably. The property managers were very helpful and easy to work with. We will rent this house on our next visit to Port Aransas.

The house was clean and comfortable. It accommodated our large group and was perfectly located near the beach. One of the best features was the private pool. Because it was July 4th weekend, the beach was packed, so we spent most days relaxing in and around the pool. I highly recommend this property.

The house was very spacious with plenty of room for us to spread out. You can drive all the way down to the water on this section of the beach which is very handy, and town is still just a short drive away. Having the pool to relax in for the evenings was wonderful. As a couple other reviews mentioned, the grills could use a good cleaning and the kitchenware is a bit worn, so we brought a travel grill and large skillet with us for cooking.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Mustang Royale. The kids enjoyed spending time in the wonderful pool. The size of the home was perfect for our family. Using the golf cart made it easy going to the beach. It's a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed walks in the evenings to watch the sunset, it's a nice walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Great beach home for a relaxing vacation.

This house comfortably worked for two families of 4 and came with a golf cart for the first 24 hrs. We rented the golf cart for another day and it was much cheaper than other rental places on the island. Management was extremely easy to work with and we will defiantly rent this house again.

The pool was nice, good size house, neighborhood was nice also and a walk to the beach. I didn’t like how the outdoor grill was extremely dirty so we didn’t use it. The outdoor furniture is really worn out, some of the furniture and beds need to be replaced because of all the usage, the house also could of also been cleaned better. I recommend bringing your own pots and pans because most of them are overused and scratched.

Great location, beach was easy to get to with a golf cart and in good spot away from the big hotels. Nice kitchen. Back yard was nice with grill (propane was empty and have to fill). Fake grass looks good, but beware it will burn your feet. Stairs from deck to ground level were unusable and a HUGE safety issue. Noticed all of the boards were rotten and falling apart, if someone would have stepped on them they would have fallen right through. Thankfully we noticed it before anyone used it (and potentially got hurt). There was no mention from the owner or any signage about the stairs. If it were me I would make them inaccessible for fear of injury to guest or lawsuit. Over all it is a decent house but needs some work done to address some issues. One of the older (and not kept) houses in the neighborhood. Will probably try and stay at one of the nicer ones in the area next time.

Our family stayed from Thursday-Sunday and it was a great weekend. The house was lovely and close to the beach. The owners responded quick to any questions we had and check-in was super easy. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay, and the house fit 9 adults and 3 kids with no problem. Location is good but the golf cart helps to get to the beach and can go over the boardwalk too. Really nice pool and backyard area!

Amazing for a family of all ages! We had an awesome time at this house. It was a great location and the golf cart made everything easy getting to and from the beach. We had a three-year-old and a two-month-old with us and we were able to get to and from the beach as often as we needed to without any trouble. The pool was awesome and the rooms all had very comfortable beds. It was also right next to cinnamon shore so we enjoyed using the restaurants there. We will definitely be going back to this house
