“On a holiday the hotel had no night live time. At 8 pm was dead and you can’t make any type of noise around 9 pm because all the guest are sleeping according to the staff. I believe this hotel is for like retired guest that come to read and sleep. The bbq are which you can seat down and talk or play board games you can’t use because it close at 10 pm.”

“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“They really did not have a breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, And waffles really dont do it for me. If you are going to say you serve breakfast you got to do better than that. What you have is self-serve for an adolescent.”

“Gave assigned parking hanger, then found someone parked in my spot. I called the office to see if there was another spot to park in, as I did not want to get towed. I was told to park in any space. Then why give out assigned parking? I could not locate the gate for beach access and even when I made it to the beach I was accosted by an employee of another property saying I could not be in that spot. It would have been helpful to have a map showing the access gate AND landmarks for the……

“Location was great! We flew in with nothing, but a backpack, and needed nothing. The villas are midway (about .1 miles each way) to the Village and beach access. We could walk easily, but if we didn’t want to walk, bikes were available to check out. Also, included were two beach chairs, towels, and a wagon. We were covered. The street was quiet and peaceful. Our room felt tucked away, but still in walking distance to whatever we wanted to do on Siesta Key. Rooms were clean as well as shared……
