This is a perfect home for families, groups of friends and business travelers visiting Corvallis that prefer to be close to everything.

The home is located on .5+ acre of property to enjoy right off Hwy 99 with only one neighbor. Just 1 mile South to local dining favorites 4 Spirits Distillery & Block 15 Brewery. 1.5 miles to Downtown Corvallis, 2.3 mile drive or Uber ride to Reser Stadium and OSU campus. Located only 35 minutes from Eugene Airport and 90 minutes to Portland Airport. Free public transportation across the street that will take you downtown and or to be dropped off at OSU Campus/Reser Stadium for game days so you can avoid parking.

Peak View home has high speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, heat and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation and entertaining with stainless steel appliances. Dining table seats 6 but table can be extended to seat 10 comfortably for larger dinner.

Bedrooms
Enjoy the comforts of home with our newly purchased high-quality pillow top queen mattresses, fine linens and quilt bedspreads. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, attached master bath with separate soaking tub and shower, walk-in closet, dresser, office desk and full length mirror. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, dresser and walk-in closet. Bedroom three has a queen-sized bed and full sized closet. All bedrooms have local handcrafted solid wood furniture made by Wood Castle, high end mattresses, Pottery Barn quilts and 680-800ct bed sheets.

Bathrooms
Enjoy the spa like Master bath complete with soaking tub and separate shower. Dani Natural Organics Shampoo, Conditioner, Liquid Hand Soap and Hydrating Lotion is provided as well as fresh towels. Main bath is a bath/shower combo. Bathrooms are stocked with hair dryer and first aid kit.

Country Outdoor Dining & Living Space
Enjoy outdoor dining and entertaining around the outdoor six-person dining and fire table. Mural of Mary’s Peak with extra seating and covered gazebo will make you not want to leave this oasis. Propane barbeque and all grilling accessories are located under cover for winter or summer grilling fun. Outdoor corn hole and Jenga available to play.

Artwork
You will find multiple handcrafted metal art pieces made by owner Tony Fisher of Iron Eagle Metal Art. You will be blown away walking around the artwork from different angles, as lighting changes throughout the day and watching the artwork change. Tony is a long time resident of Corvallis, Oregon and owner of local automotive repair facility Ken Fisher Repair. He has spent his life working with metals designing custom exhaust, fabricating parts and building hot rods. He recently brought his artist talent to life creating hand crafted images in various metal forms. You can see more pieces of metal art in the lobby at Ken Fisher Repair. Some of the handmade metal art pieces may be available for purchase, inquire with host.

Games, Puzzles & Cards:
Classic family board games, playing cards and puzzles are available for use during your stay.

Guest Access
You'll be able to enter the property at any time during your stay with a code that will be provided before your arrival. If you have any questions or need anything, you can always contact us.

The home is professionally cleaned prior to your stay with fresh linens and towels provided for guests. If you would like housekeeping services during your stay, please inquire on the availability with your host.

A few important notes: This is a NON smoking home and there are no pets allowed on this property.
