Barrio muy tranquilo, a 4 calles del metro y a unos 15min del centro. Todo tipo de tiendas en proximidades. Ver el atardecer desde el mirador tío pío a 10min a pie del apartamento fue buenísimo. Muy recomendable todo」

They continued to communicate with us during our whole time while in Madrid. They were extremely helpful. The lace is very clean and in a great location. You are walking distance to many stores, bars, and places to eat. The bus line and the Hop on Hop Off buses all have a stop right down the street with stops to the Sofia Museum, the Prado, and downtown Madrid. The place...

「We loved staying at Nerea’s place! It’s in a great location with a metro stop around the corner and great eateries. The place is clean and had everything we needed. Having 2 bathrooms was also a bonus since there were 4 of us. Thanks for a wonderful experience!」

「Location, size and cleanliness were all excellent. Could walk to everything. Easy check in. Sleeps five but one bedroom had trundle twin beds so it would not be ideal for two couples. Fine for a family. Bathrooms were very good. All around we would stay again.」

「Mala comunicación con el huésped que no responde el mail, nos manda un correo con condiciones particulares que no aparecen en la web. Nos obligan a pagarles 20€ en mano por llegar al check-in después de las 12 de la noche. Vrbo nos dieron la razón por teléfono pero no nos solucionaron el problema. El apartamento es justito, la cama y el sofá cama son incómodos, es poco espacioso. La situación está bien, El parque Madrid río está al lado para los niños y hay una boca de metro muy cerca.」

「Beautiful apartment and very convenient location. But the sofa bed had large brown stains and the sofa bed sheet also had large yellow stains. Had to get the house keeping to change the bed sheet before it is usable. The shower door should be fixed to stop water leak.」
