"We were lucky to have an offer to upgrade to grand klassie room. Everything including cleanliness, services, food, were absolutely exceptional during our stay. All staff were very friendly. When a very kind Bellboy knew we were on the way to watch a show in another hotel group, he gave us some water so that we could drink in the show. That's so sweet and thoughtful. I highly recommend to those who want to stay in Macau and prefer a relaxing and comfortable holiday!"
