“The hotel and room looked like in good shape. Parking area was good. But the hot water supply for showering was not stable - this was the most annoying issue during my stay, given that the weather in April is usually cool / cold at France. I have changed the room, the issue was still happened. It seems that the water pressure might be generally not strong enough for all rooms. And due to thus key issue and other minor issues, I think the money paid was not deserved. ”

“Hello, good morning. This hotel charged us again for the room we had already paid for. Then they closed the reception desk an hour before closing time and left us stranded, with no response to our calls, emails, or anything else. They have ruined our trip. We wasted the entire day urgently searching for a new hotel.”

“Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein „Upgarde“ bekommen - das war dann auch sauber und hat nicht gestunken und es waren keine Ameisen überall, trotzdem muss ich sagen würde ich hier nicht nochmal……

“Deux chambres réservées, dans la première chasse d’eau qu'il faut appuyer trois pour arriver à ce qu'elle arrête de couler et un goutte à goutte toute la nuit dû à une fuite d’eau au niveau de la douche et pour la seconde chambre, impossible d'arrêter la chasse qui a coulée toute la nuit..... Conclusion : IMPOSSIBLE DE DORMIR Les prestations ne valent en aucun cas le prix payé”

“I think we were shocked to find how small. It was a very clean room and it fit my family of 5 very well. Conveniently located if you want to take the bus to Disneyland. Labeled as family friendly but signs everywhere to be quiet between 8pm and 8am. I don’t know about you but 1 year olds don’t know what that means. The floors creaked really bad, which I don’t mind but I felt bad for the people below us when we were walking across the room. Overall fine place to rest your head after a long day at……

“Don’t know how some of the hotels get 8 or 9 rating. Low bed, no air conditioning, dusty, fan didn’t work, faucet broke, no ice or drinks available, loud frogs. Secure entry, nice Chateau and friendly staff made up for some of it. My wife wasn’t impressed.”

“Très belle endroit tout est comme sur les photos Le micro onde ne fonctionnait pas mais une solution a été trouver rapidement. Idéal pour les couples”

“I stayed there on business as I did not want to stay in Paris central, a very quaint little hotel with lovely helpful staff. Surrounding amenities are sparse but there is a nice little bar with attached shop, again friendly staff. I did eat in the hotel the first night and was given lovely homemade food with a beer. Breakfast is as expected with lovely warm bread and butter. Wi-Fi is hit/miss however on my second evening I was given a dongle for my room that worked perfectly well for my needs.”
