“I couldn’t recommend NYX more highly. Our stay was absolutely faultless and the hotel is decorated beautifully with such a lovely vibe throughout. We arrived at 10:30 and our room was ready which was a great surprise considering it was so much earlier than check-in. We were surprised further with a lovely birthday card and chocolate in the room. The staff were brilliant - there was a great man on breakfast and I didn’t catch his name but he was so kind, friendly and really stood out throughout……

“Great location. Room was clean. Friendly staff. I stayed in room 33 so many stairs to climb with luggage (no lift to top floors). Definitely a room for hand luggage only so might be worth paying extra for larger room if two people staying a couple of nights. Breakfast good. Tip: Wine bar below (Cellar 22).”
