「The property was in the country and easy to find. The owners were on holiday so we didn’t get to meet them but Carol let us into the cottage. She was amazing! Very helpful and kind! She showed us around the property, and gave us recommendations on where to buy groceries and some things to do in the area. We loved hearing the history of the property. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We would definitely recommend! 」

「Amazing cottage and hosts! Great location for day trips. Coming back to the quiet of the cottage after a day of sightseeing was lovely. Plenty of room for 3 of us and amenities for the week. Unexpected extras were scones, bread, chocolate and wine waiting for us upon arrival. As well as some fridge items to start us off. Very kind and appreciated after a long flight. Our stay was everything we hoped for and more!」

「Duleek was a great start to our UK adventure! We are a group of 3 couples celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary's. The Connell House was everything and more. The location was perfect, the pubs and restaurants Karla recommended were welcoming, delicious and fun!! We were able to enjoy St. Patrick's Day in Dublin with ease and make a trip to Cork to the Blarney Castle. Beds were comfortable, house is absolutely adorable, & the amenities were nice. Highly recommend!!」

「Had a great stay at the decoy country cottages. Centrally located to see many sights. Visited the hill of Tara, Loughcrew Cairns and also do a walk along the Bourne valley which started at ramparts. Close to shopping centers and getting to Dublin was an easy drive as well. Has a great time here.」

There was plenty of place around the cottage for our two boys and the dog and even if the weather isn’t nice there was everything in the house for our convenience. 「If you don't want the noise, hustle and bustle of the city, stay at Borahead Lodge. A peaceful, quiet cottage only minutes from dining, groceries and Dublin. It's a short drive (40 minutes) from Dublin airport. 20 minute drive to the Red Cow park and ride Luas station so you don't have to fight Dublin downtown traffic. Bridie (our friendly host) gave great advice about the area and shared pears from her orchard. If we're ever back in Ireland, we will be staying here.」
