「Love the location & the comfort of the Hotel.」

「Clean comfortable room. The lighting was tricky(I’m not familiar with inserting your key card into a slot in order to activate electricity). An explanation would have been helpful. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful with transportation issues. In addition staff throughout the hotel - front desk, restaurant, bar - were very superior in attitude, appeared bothered by questions, not particularly friendly. 「The bed and pillows were comfortable and adequate free parking on-site. The walk into town is a bit far but close enough to drive with no issues. Room expensive for very poor wifi. Did not use or know about amenities onsite. Very loud doors.」

「Nice room and nice breakfast. The only difficulty was we received some in correct information from one staff member about the availability of laundry service for a Sunday night. We took our laundry to be done and when it wasn’t delivered the next morning we called reception to find out about it. The individual we talked to was brisk in his responses and not very friendly.」

「Service was 5 STAR! This is an “old school hotel” which puts great emphasis on keeping it facilities, beautiful and well-maintained, and the service of the staff is top-notch. Annie at the front desk went above and beyond the call, helping us with arrangements and transportation. We highly, highly recommend this hotel.」
