"I had to wait almost an hour for the van pickup at the airport and called three times to make sure they were really still coming. It was getting close to 10:30pm, which was when the shuttle was supposed to stop running me I was starting to panic. Room was ok but shower was not clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful."

"This hotel is conveniently located near CDG Paris airport. Signs in airport clearly show where to go for hotels and tram. We got off at stop for our hotel (5 min on tram) another 5 minute walk to hotel! Would stay again. Super modern, clean and quiet from airport noise. Nice bar and restaurant in hotel. Rooms are very small. One side of bed was against the wall, so if you are two people, one needs to climb over the other to get out of bed. No problem for one night. Staff very friendly. It’s self check in but two staff were there to help us!"

"The check in desk was unique and felt almost as if it was part of the bar. The lobby area is very noisy and the check in staff were not overly welcoming. However, I did arrive at a busy time and perhaps the situation would be different earlier in the day."

"Room was perfect- cheap and cheerful for a DLP visit! The staff were so quick to accommodate my request of a twin room for me and my friend. Couple of things to bear in mind: the bus from DLP doesn't run late enough for you to catch after the fireworks- we ended up taking Uber which was a nightmare to order at that time of night. Another small thing was that we like to fill up our water bottles at night before heading back to room but there was nowhere obvious to do this. We eventually found a filtered water station in the gym which was handy! Will stay again, extremely good value for money!"

"I wouldnt recommend this hotel. It should be rated a 2 star at most. The towels in the room were dirty, ,arks on the bed linen. Communication with reception is non existent. The transfer bus was always full so why isnt there additional running service for your guests. Breakfast very average. Broken coffee machine, carpets all stained. Very dirty. Pool is ok but zome of the showers not working. Lots of chlorine which effects children. Far from Disney. Pay a little more amd stay elsewhere."

"How this hotel has received the positive reviews it has is beyond me! There was no Air Conditioning in our room - none! — we were on the 9th floor and Paris was in the midst of a heatwave. A technician supplied us with 2 very small fans that simply blew around hot air. She did her best with what she had but given what we paid for the room, I feel the hotel could do better. The place is in real need of upgrades. Carpets need cleaning and fresh paint would help the cosmetics. I would not stay here again & I don’t recommend this accommodation. Couldn’t leave fast enough. There’s a beautiful hotel just across the courtyard (Radisson) which appears well cared for and its lobby is lovely. Try to book there first! The only positives I could give this place are that most staff are helpful (though some were inexperienced) and its proximity to the shuttle service into CDG which takes just 5 minutes."
