"Our stay was good, particularly with children and easy access to transportation. Room was serviced daily. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was prepared well upon arrival. Only feedback we have is, we ordered take out one night and we were hoping to sit and eat in the common area downstairs however we were advised all the seating in the lobby was for bar patrons and were asked to eat in our room which wasn't ideal for us."

"The room was clean, the staff were excellent, the patio gardens were lovely! Close to bus stops and metro stops that can take us to all the must-see spots in Paris for us! Also, a very nice neighbourhood with restaurants and a bakery, we never got hungry. The bathroom could use some work (pipes and wall holes are visible and I'm not sure if there was proper ventilation - didn't see an exhaust fan) but it is functional. No terrace, but we were at the top floor and it was nice and quiet. We got back to the hotel quite late at night for most of our 3 nights stay, and we appreciated the peace (street noise was far, not inexistent) after a fun but tiring day. There was a mini kitchen with cutlery, dishes, an electric kettle with a very good selection of complementary coffee and tea, and a microwave (which a staff member helped me use). Overall, we had an amazing time in Paris thanks to Le Patio Bastille!"

"The bed is comfortable and the towels are thick and plush. But rudeness at the check in desk is not a great way to greet guests. Also, the hotel blocks all ability to stream or cast to the TVs. They have zero to one English language channels despite a large portion of their guests being English speakers. Our bed linens had two large tears in the top corners, which would not be expected of a luxury hotel."

"Lovely staff. I really appreciate their helpfulness and attitude. Great stay near the airport with a few good restaurants etc. nearby - a place I love to stop when passing through Paris for a quick layover. There is also a park within walking distance. It's a great place to rest and refuel before or after a journey."

"Although we didn’t get to the hotel and check in until 10.30pm or get to use facilities we would 100% come back and stay here . Staff were very helpful. It's close to Disney land and so modern and cool design with all the modern cons a hotel should have especially for families. Breakfast was lovely we would definitely stay again!"

"Hotel lovely , clean and ammenities good. Close to Disney. Only one pillow for each bed negatively effected the night's sleep and despite multiple requests extra were not provided.Fir.the ney would of expected better. Breakfast was good with some great choice!"
