Well, the absentee host was extremely slow to respond, if she responded at all. I had to reach out to here to obtain check in instructions. When I let her know that there was NO INTERNET, as promised, AND NO RUNNING WATER, nothing was done in the generous timeframe I gave her.She lied to VRBO when I cancelled my reservation through disgust and asked for a refund. She claimed that I would not give her representatives the keys when I was asked (I wasn’t for the keys from anyone), and she claimed I was rude (to whom?!? No one showed up to fix these grievous problems).The tiled floor showed signs of water damage. The overpowering smell of bleach did not do enough to mask the smell of mold and damp.VRBO COMPLETELY FAILED to vet this property, and STILL have not refunded my money.The host clearly shows the same traits as many in the area, where they want the money but are TOO LAZY to do what is necessary to earn it.RUN FOR THE HILLS DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY OR ANYTHING FROM THIS GREEDY, USELESS, LAZY HOST

Never again

This property is located right on the main highway and the noise is terrible. It is outside of the gated community with sliding glass doors all the way across the downstairs. The kitchen is horrible with the only counterspace being the center island. The kitchen sink is stuck in a hole and you bang your head on the cabinet Trying to reach in or wash anything with no place to put the things you’ve washed and with no lighting, you can’t even see the dishes washed. The coffee maker was a Nescafé pod coffee maker, which I could never get to work. Pans were filthy, and I had to wash them to use them . The marble cutting board on the center island was stuck from all of the previous spills that were not cleaned up. Both showers leaked onto the bathroom floor and there’s absolutely no storage. However, the very worst thing was we were 10 days without any air conditioning in the master bedroom! It was obvious they knew the air conditioner was not working because they had placed a fan in the bedroom. When we spoke to the property owner and asked for a refund, she said no. We told her our review was not going to be good. Her reply was, I don’t care because I don’t need the money. Oh, and the only TV is in the master bedroom and you better have a Roku. Also no maid service. We would never recommend this place.
