"Standard all inclusive, good variety of food items to choose from though some inconsistencies from day to day and they seemed to run out of a number of items each day. My room was kept spotless and housekeeping was pretty respectful of some afternoon work meetings I had to take and fridge restocked daily for which I greatly appreciated. I extended my trip by a day due to flight delays and had to downgrade my room due to full occupancy which was totally understandable but I was able to recheck in to my new room within an hour of checking out and they were even willing to let me sit on the beach while I started to wait out my first flight delay. "

"The Iberostar in Cozumel is an exceptional resort! The staff is so hospitable and extremely friendly. You feel pampered from the moment that you arrive. The grounds are beautifully manicured and lush. The rooms are spotless and impeccably cleaned and stocked daily. There are five restaurants , and they all offer different, delicious cuisine every night. From Thai, to Mexican to BBQ, so much great food! The Snack Shack, just steps away from the pools and beach, has a great balance of all day food choices- fresh melons, fruit, pastries, cheese, hamburgers, fries, hot dogs, ice cream, and so much more. Parents and children are kept happy between meals. There is an excursion coordinating office right at the resort. Go scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and so much more! The boats leave right from the pier at the resort. So convenient! The beach and snorkeling/ swimming at the resort is calm, beautiful and safe. I could go on and on! My husband and I stayed for seven days, and we will definitely be going back! Highly recommend this resort!!!"

"Love this place! I keep coming back, year after year. Love the staff, they go above and beyond to make each guest feel appreciated and seen. Welcome drink on check-in, welcome back plate for returning guest in the room with guest name clearly stated with chocolate by the pillows. The underfloor have gorgeous views. One day, I wish to stay on the top floor suite. Just an Amazing hide away! Don’t come here if you don’t want to have a fun time. Th activities directs will do their best, but if you have a a bad attitude at home, like Adam Sandler says so eloquently, “same sad you” on vacation. "
