AMAZING!

We spent our family vacation with our 4 adult children and our son's girlfriend. There was so much room! It is a beautiful condo with a wonderful view. The ocean perfect right outside the condo and we did a lot of snorkeling. The pool great too. Highly recommend this property!

Snorkel Paradise

First time in Cozumel and we were not disappointed with this condo. We came here for the snorkeling and this was a central location to all of the snorkeling hot spots including right in front of the condo. It also is easy to walk to restaurants, to the harbor and to the awesome grocery store right across the street. Alex, the property manager, was very responsive to anything we needed and was very helpful for snorkeling locations, etc. Extremely clean property as well. The condo was exactly as it was described and had beautiful ocean views and sunsets nightly. It is very safe and we appreciate that only people staying there can get onto the property to use the pool, hot tub and the amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

The stay was great. Right across the street from a super market. Walking distance to lots of bars/ restaurants. Clean and had everything you need. Very nice to have a washer and dryer if you’re there for a longer stay. Staff was friendly and owner Alex was available for any needs. Helped make my 30th birthday great.

Awesome condo!

This condo is very centrally located. The grocery store is across the street. You can walk into town making a car unnecessary. We are divers and the boats pick up from the condo dock. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. My only suggestion to the owner would be to get some wine glasses. There were only 2. Beautiful condo and highly recommend! Perfect for families or friends!
