The condo was a 10 out of 10! Very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Loved our view from the balcony. All we really needed to bring was a few cloths. We had 1 of the 2 pools to ourselves everyday we were there. The beach is beautiful a quite. Kudos to the guy's at the front gate on helping us find a great deal on a car rental.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the view, the pools and the beach. Condo is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Location was great for exploring the south and east sides of the island and was close to good snorkeling.

A week in paradise

Great location next to the best beaches, and Mandee was an excellent us, guiding and advising us as we explored the island, definitely not an adiós but a hasta luego!

Amazing property, beautiful condo, responsive and attentive maintenance and housekeeping. Everything was almost perfect!!The cons: almost every appliance broke down during our stay. The air conditioning needs major maintenance, everything had a horrible musty smell upon return home to the point that some things had to be thrown away because the smell could not be washed out. It's cozumel, it's humid as all heck, right next to the ocean, so it's somewhat normal i guess to have that residual smell on everything...but this was a next level musty odor. TVs needed to be constantly reset or messed with to get them to work. Refrigerator needed a bathmat in front of it. Pull out sofa bed was only a 2" mattress topper. It was just annoying bc it was always something everyday. Awesome maintenance and housekeeping were always there right away to fix anything though. Really nice people. Truly, it's really an amazing place and i would absolutely stay here again, just appliance issues everyday made it a pain to constantly request to fix. One of the nicest places I've stayed in cozumel and I would book my next stay here if I was staying that far south on the island.

Amazing place with amazing people!

This was such a great find. Wonderful location right on the beach and close to everything. Beautiful condo with everything we needed and more with wonderful patio overlooking the beautiful grounds, pool and ocean. Housekeeper Roxy was super nice and helpful and an amazing chef! Mandee was very accommodating and helpful and all of the staff at Residentias Reef were so warm and welcoming. Had an amazing time exploring the island and the beautiful water and reef around it. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return again!!

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE

I’ve used Vrbo quite a lot and this owner is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Super helpful with everything and provided all requests. This property is on a secluded beach with a pool. Gorgeous. Centrally located with easy access to everything in the island. Will definitely stay again!

Cozumel Dive Trip

Great place to stay. The bed is super comfortable. Having a dehumidifier is a great thing to have to help dry diving gear and keep the humidity down in the unit. Roxy and Mario were wonderful managers. Roxy cooked many wonderful Mayan meals for us and made Pico and Guacamole for us every other day.

Comfortable with a great view

This is our second stay at this property. The weather was cooler than it has been in the past so we spent more time in the condo and it is just so relaxing! Super comfy bed and couch. The views from this condo are awesome. It was very clean and Roxy was nice enough to work around our schedule on the days she came to clean. Very highly recorded!

The perfect vacation, a week in Paradise!

This condo was fabulous in all respects. It was spotless, refreshing and extremely comfortable (not to mention a shower to die for). Beautifully manicured grounds and beach front with a spectacular view from the balcony of the condo. Our hosts have complimented their property with a fantastic property manager Mario. Always willing to help out with whatever you need. We had the time of or lives scuba diving with Mario as our instructor. and a great meal prepared in the condo by Mario's charming wife Roxy. So to sum it all up, if you want a beautiful location, stress free environment, friendly and knowledgeable locals to guide you Anthony's Escape is ideal. Thank you Tonya, it was spectacular! Beautiful View!

We have stayed in many condos in Residencies Reef and this one has the best views. Sunsets wee gorgeous. The condo was clean and comfortable (very comfortable bed) and well equipped. We had a super long travel day getting down there so we really appreciated the fresh, homemade guacamole and salsa that Roxy (the housemaid) prepared. We liked the plants on the balcony that attracted pretty birds. One thing to keep in mind (which is not the fault of the owner or manager - just an FYI). The condo complex power washed the roof every Friday. It was very loud. Probably not a problem for most but we like to sleep in and were 3 hours behind time wise. I believe they started shortly after 9. Otherwise, highly recommend this condo and we would not hesitate to stay there again!

Great place to stay

We were so pleasantly surprised by this condo. The grounds are very well kept, the pools and beaches were clean. The property over all was better kept than all inclusives we’ve stayed at on island. The unit itself was great! Clean is an understatement. The view from the balcony and kitchen living area is wonderful. The housekeeper came by every day and was also great. We tried to keep things clean but if we had any dishes in the sink or even drying we’d come back and they would be away. The condo was a better experience for us than all the vrbos we’ve used in the USA. We didn’t find the pool towels until last day but there were ample bath towels 😂. The only piece of information we’d emphasize is this is a third floor unit. That means the view is the best but there are also a bunch of stairs to get in the unit. This makes beer runs from the pool a bit tedious but lucky for us the condo had a small cooler and reusable ice packs! We would definitely book here again and encourage anyone that’s on the fence about doing it to book it as well. The security is great, condo is wonderful, and the view is amazing.

This place is awesome!

My wife and I stayed from January 16th to March 13th, 2024. The unit was amazingly comfortable for our extended stay. Everything and I mean everything that we needed was in the condo. The view from living room and the patio of the pool and ocean is something we will deeply miss. The entire complex is equally impressive with a grounds crew that were relentless on making the place look great. They kept the entire complex, grounds and beach in tip top shape and were out working when the sun came up. I wish I could hire them here at home. Rosie and Mario were nothing short of amazing. We rarely needed anything from Mario as the condo is in great shape. Rosie and has an amazing smile and beautiful spirit and does a wonderful job cleaning the place. Because of our long term stay we did watch some TV and the selection of available American TV stations are way better than we have with our cable package back home. We walked a ton and the beach is walkable for miles not to mention the frontage road in front of the complex that has limited motorized traffic. We even walked from the Condo to the Cruise ship port one day! The security is also amazing with gated access and guards that are diligent and kind. We never worried or felt unsafe about our security on or off the complex. The rooftop is a great bonus! I used it every morning to read and reflect and I was the only one up there. Book this place, you wont be disappointed! PS: The living room is larger than the picture depicts.

My experience was amazing!! Tanya communicated so quickly and has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Mario met me when I was dropped off and brought me up to the condo. I had sent a list of groceries to Tanya and Mario picked it all up before my arrival. Plus, delicious guacamole, salsa , and fruit was made for my arrival as well!!! Thank you Roxy!! The view from the condo is amazing!!! You literally just walk out to the two pools and a gorgeous white sandy beach!! It isn’t crowded and there are many lounge chairs near the beautiful ocean. The ocean is so warm and there are so many pretty shells. You can walk to beach clubs if you’d like and go snorkeling, SUP, jet ski, and so many more fun water activities for a reasonable price. There are not many stores close to the condo, so I’d suggest having groceries delivered. One restaurant that is kind of close is Alberto’s. It was so delicious and the staff was very friendly. Walking along the beach was so peaceful and gorgeous!!! The condo has filtered water and it has A/C. The bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The condo was decorated so nicely and had gorgeous plants! There is a ton of space ! There is a good size balcony overlooking the ocean with a table, lounge chairs, and jacuzzi tub! Also, the rooftop is amazing to go up to for the sunset!!! I highly suggest having a dinner up there to watch it! Roxy came daily to tidy up and helped me get a taxi to San Miguel one day and to the airport. Lazaro picked me up and he was so nice to ride with in the taxi! He gave me a mini tour and knows so much about the island and it’s history. Mario is a professional scuba diver and gives lessons and brings people out to dive. He told me all about it and I will definitely try it out next time I go to the island! I highly recommend staying at Tanya’s condo if you are looking for quiet, peace, and relaxation. It is not a touristy area. Even though there are beach clubs and a resort next door it is quiet and serene at Residencias Reef condos. Thank you for such an amazing stay!!;)
