Wonderful stay!
This was our second time staying at Residencias Reef (first time in this unit) and we found the condo was perfect for us as a family of 4.
The kitchen was well equipped - cooking utensils, frying pans, coffee makers, everything we needed and more to make our stay enjoyable. The washer/dryer is down the hall but is only used for this unit. There is a dishwasher but we could not find any dishwasher detergent anywhere on the island (there seems to be a local shortage, there were none to be had at Mega or Chedrai), so if a dishwasher is important to you, make sure to bring a few pods with your luggage
The king sized bed was comfortable, and our kids enjoyed sleeping on the sofa beds (not sure an adult would though!). There is a large living room and a big dining room table that seats at least 6, so it was very comfortable.
It was HOT during our stay, but the AC worked perfectly and kept the condo nice and cool.
The best part of the condo was the double balcony as we loved having lounge chairs plus a dining table under the 2 ceiling fans. We made full use of the balcony during our 10 day stay and loved the walk out aspect of having a first floor condo. As a bonus, we even had a sea view as the trees in front had been trimmed!
The people at Enjoy Cozumel were very pleasant and communicative, I would definitely recommend them. We also had an issue with hot water during our stay which was fixed rapidly by Dario the condo manager.
All in all, we would love to rent here again if we return next summer!
