  Villa Sara is a breathtaking masterpiece of architecture, boasting 7000 square feet 5 bedrooms 5.5 bathrooms of luxurious oceanfront living. Located right at the edge of the Caribbean Sea, the villa offers mesmerizing panoramic views of the turquoise waters from almost every room. One of the highlights of the villa is the wooden deck that extends right into the crystal-clear Caribbean water, providing easy access for swimming, snorkeling, or even scuba diving, or taking one of our kayak for an ocean stroll. Villa Sara features a 50-foot infinity pool, perfect for lounging or taking a refreshing dip while enjoying the stunning sunsets that paint the sky with vivid colors.



The interior of the villa is adorned with a carefully curated selection of imported and local high-end furniture, creating a sophisticated and elegant ambiance. The open-concept design seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, allowing you to enjoy the tropical breeze and the soothing sound of the waves from the comfort of your own living room. For those who enjoy culinary delights, a private chef is available as an optional service, offering in villa dining experience with fresh local ingredients and attention to details.



The villa is situated 8 miles south of the town, offering tranquility and privacy while still being conveniently close to amenities and attractions. Additionally, the villa has its own dock, providing easy access to scuba diving right from your doorstep.

The crew consisted of Captain Miguel and the diving guide Jorge. Great people. On the way, drinks and snacks were served. Lugar fantástico para mergulhar de snorkel. Água morna e límpa. Fun time and great property.

The house was everything that we thought it would be. The housekeeper was great. She was there everyday except Sunday and the house was always neat and clean . You can’t ask for anything more. It was a great experience for our first time in Cozumel. One thing that you should definitely have for Cozumel is bug spray for the mosquitoes. The people there are very nice and once you get used to driving the roads with the amount of Mopeds it is easy to get around. Great trip.

Lovely, secluded home in paradise

Perfect house on the shoreline with a heated pool. Staff and cleaners are super helpful and took great care of us. Only one small point is that the online listing had 4 bedrooms w king and 1 bedroom w 2 queens. When we arrived there were two rooms w 2 queens. Overall Ronin and team were wonderful to work with and we loved staying in this fantastic home.

Our experience was over the top fantastic!! We are already planning our next trip. The house was wonderful, the grounds were well kept, the view was beautiful and the staff was more than accommodating. We ended up doing the private chef service for the week and it was well worth it. Eddie & Nancy were so wonderful and the food was fabulous. Victor , the gardner was so nice and helpful on a daily basis. Ester, the housekeeper came everyday and left the house spotless. I would highly recommend Villa Sara to anyone. We cannot wait to go back!

Great stay marred by safety issue

Overall - we enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It's a beautiful property. We also hired chefs through Sandra's kitchen which made for a comfortable eating experience. Most of the bedrooms had a mildew smell, which I suppose is understandable in a tropical environment. Unfortunately, one of the lasting memories of our stay were two of my family members injuring themselves on a missing step on the path into the water. One family member bloodied up his lower leg badly and another family member ended up falling and hitting her head and chest. It has been two weeks since our stay and unfortunately her chest pains are still there. I've notified the property manager of the issue so I hope it won't affect future guests.

Family Stay

Our say at Luxury Cozumel was as outstanding, world-class experience! We stayed at Villa Sara for a week in celebration of my 50th birthday. Our party ranged from kids (from 4 months to 11 years old, to parents, to grandparents. We all enjoyed the common areas inside and out, took advantage of the infinity pool, and snorkeling in the ocean. We elected to leverage Sandra's Kitchen for the full chef's package. Miguel and Miguel, our two chef's worked tirelessly providing delicious, healthy meals, starting early in the morning and finishing well past dinner. More notably, as we were eating and our 4 month old would decide he needed attention, Miguel and Miguel sprung into action and held our little guy to help calm him down. Just awesome. Finally, we were able to be picked up for our dives with ScubaTony directly from the property. This was a huge advantage as my wife and I snuck away from the kids to get a few hours away to pursue our desire to get underwater. All in, well done Luxury Cozumel team!

Perfect for our family

We had 6 adults and 2 children (12, 2). The house is beautiful, the pool is awesome, and the deck is perfect. There are stairs to take you into the water, and the water is waist deep near the shore. The snorkeling at this spot isn't the best, but it is nice to just get in the water with the family. We did have one snorkeling excursion, and they picked us up from the big dock about 100 yards south (we paid $2 per person to use the dock). We utilized the personal chef recommended and it didn't disappoint. It was so nice (especially the first day) to not worry about getting the food, cooking and cleaning up. We used the chef for 3 of the 5 days.

Exceptional home and staff!

Home is more beautiful in person (not always the case)! The place is huge with a great layout. The folding glass wall that faces the pool/patio area makes it one large entertaining area. Rooms are all a great size and the bathrooms are beautiful. The finishes are all very high end and it just feels like a special place as soon as walk in. Every single person we worked with from the house crew to the lovely ladies from Sandra's kitchen were super friendly, professional, and talented! We had the full week of meals and every single one was delicious. We also had the masseuse in the home for a day, which was great. Also recommend the yacht charter, had a great day relaxing and snorkeling. Absolutely stunning and worth it!

This property was absolutely beautiful! Very clean, sleek and modern. Ronen was always quick to respond and answer any questions. Julio, the grounds keeper, was a delight and was there every AM to take care of the property, along with the cleaning ladies. The chefs were amazing & helpful with getting us anything we need! I will say, I've rented many homes throughout Mexico and the property managers were more involved with taking care of us and any needs we had. We did not get quite the same experience here. Overall we had a fabulous trip and enjoyed our weekend getaway!!

Amazing Villa

This villa was absolutely amazing! Everything in the villa was made with high end materials, no short cuts were taken. The décor simply beautiful and modern. We stayed 3 nights in Cozumel at the Villa and then 2 at the Hyatt in Cancun. I wish we would have just stayed the whole 5 days at the Villa, that's how amazing it was. They have canoe's and paddle boards right there that you can get in the ocean. Also a great location for snorkeling. We also hired a chef to cook us dinner and breakfast and we loved the amazing service we received and the food was delicious. The property manager was very attentive, responded right away when we emailed him or called him. We will definitely be going back to stay at the Villa Sara.

Everything was great. The girls were great who prepared our food and Julio was always available. The only thing I can say that was a little annoying was the neighbor house was so loud till all hours of the night. I guess that’s part of renting and having houses next to you but it does say to be quiet after 10:00pm for the courtesy of others.

Villa Sara: Serene Sanctuary

Village Sara was perfect for our three families of eleven—ranging in age from 4 to 72. Plenty of space, great water access for scuba boats to pick you up, and wonderful areas for gathering together. We did most of our own cooking. Ice and water delivered daily. Great pool for all.

Slice of heaven in Cozumel!

Absolutely stunning property in a fantastic location!! The house is an architectural dream with lots of room for everyone! The pool is beautiful with sun and shade both throughout the day. There is direct access at the property for dive and snorkel boats to pick you up and easy access for ocean swims, with a level sandy bottom right off the ocean steps. The lounge chairs by the ocean were a hit with everyone in our group and were perfect for watching the gorgeous sunsets. Ronen was a pleasure to work with, as was Fulvio. Always quick to respond and provide helpful tips and contacts. I cannot say enough about the great service we received at the house from Julio and his wife Ester. Lovely people who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful vacation! We also arranged for massage services at the house for a Valentines Day treat and a treat it was!! We look forward to returning next year for more family fun. Would highy recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury vacation in the sun!
