“John the owner was incredible. He even provided my son and I a parking pass to the Virginia Tech vs Miami game. RV was perfect for us. I even managed to catch a bucket list musky on my trip! ”

“We had a great stay in New Castle. The house is located right of the main road but, it still felt private and secluded. The amenities outside really made this location. Great areas to relax and enjoy nature. There is an adorable coffee shop in town that serves breakfast and lunch. Roanoke is a 40 minute drive from town. I traveled with my elderly father so, we did not hike any of Jefferson National Forests. We are hoping to travel back in when it’s warmer to the joy the property and area more. ”

“Had a small issue with the master bedroom, however the host was quick to offer solutions. Everything else was great…huge yard with dog disposal, inside had pretty much everything you need and other reviewers all commented on it. Super close to the Triple Crown hikes. If I had to nitpick? More blinds or curtains for increased privacy. Otherwise, really great property and host!”

“So clean and immaculately decorated. In the middle of nowhere but 3 miles to the closest gas station and kid friendly restaurant bar/grill. Comfortable beds and toys and games for the kids were provided. We also enjoyed the music collection. Would recommend to anyone ”

“Great stay! So honored to be the second guests! This place is adorable. Very well done. Stayed here with my husband and three teenagers. Came to enjoy a VT football game and to bring our freshman daughter home for Thanksgiving. We were all very comfortable and happy. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The primary bed downstairs is sooooooo comfortable! Didn’t want to get up in the morning, haha. We cooked some yummy breakfasts and the kitchen had everything we needed. You will not regret……
