「We loved everything about this property - the hosts are lovely, and gave us tips for places to visit, were prepared to be flexible about when we had breakfast (we chose 9.00am). The whole place was very clean, and they had thought about everything a guest might need. Breakfast was lovely, and choices were varied. They could charge more, it's great value for money. The best B&B we've stayed in - highly recommended」

「It was magical the hotel was done up superbly for Christmas warm and cozy with all the trimmings. The grounds were beautiful and all lite up at night simply stunning even got a kiss under the kissing tree :) and to top it off breakfast was superb! We were looking for an overnight stay in Ayr but for a few pounds more we got so much more I will never forget my stay here.」

「Beautiful guest house just a couple of minutes from the long sandy beach in Ayr. Fantastic location for walking and just a few minutes to the town center. Our room was pristine, it even had its own small fridge, with a bottle of chilled water and fresh milk. The room also has a microwave. There's a choice of cooked breakfast, which was just perfect. 」

「We had a nice stay. It’s about 2 blocks to the beach. There is no lift and it’s 3 stories high! Rooms aren’t too big. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great!! Paul is a great cook! We did have a problem locating the place. We also got there late and Paul wasn’t too happy, but the next morning he was ok. Pictures on the web are accurate. Great place for young and young at heart couples to stay 」

The only thing we were woken up early with a lot of noise of other rooms being cleaned and after being at a family wedding the night before we were hoping for a little more rest the following morning. But apart from that it was a good stay.」
