“Great hotel ”

“元々ツインベッドの部屋を予約していたところ、チェックイン時ダブルベッドの部屋となっていましたが、快くツインベッドの部屋に変更をしてくださいました。日本に来たことがあるスタッフの方だそうで、とても温かい対応をしてくださったことに感謝しております。朝食も品数が大変多く、サーモンがとても美味しかったです！”

“Floors not clean. Washing machine full of dirty water. Bedding was adequate. Shower got barely warm. You get what you pay for. ”

“Great hotel - clean, convenient, and swanky! The only drawback was the need to use two different elevators and a connecting passage to get to our room in the "tower". I would suggest asking for a room in the main building to avoid getting lost (as I would have done if my partner didn't have superb situational awareness). Otherwise, a fantastic stay!”

“I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues ”

“Spa works for those staying in the hotel during office hours.!irony when check in time for hotel is 3:00 pm and spa only opens until 4:30 pm with a 20 euros fees.Breakfast room is very busy with limited choices for food. Food not good at all. Rooms have pillows that are very uncomfortable. Don’t understand how this is a 4 star hotel.”

“We recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Athlone and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the property is lovely, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. However, our biggest disappointment was that the hotel is simply not equipped for warm summer weather.
