This recently listed home is a lovely, comfortable place to stay if you wish to get away for a short trip and take in the stunning Crescent City shoreline. You may hear the harbor seals right across the street if you open any windows. In the summer, stroll to the harbor to take in the weekly farmers market. All of our town's exciting attractions, like Ocean World, bowling alley, and movie theater, are within 5 miles of this location. Five seafood restaurants are located within two miles, and fresh fish markets are open all year. The beach is only down the road to the south, and during the summer, Redwood Rides is a nearby business where you may rent surfboards.

You may hear guests in the upper unit, on the stairs or walking around. We provide ear plugs for light sleepers and we have quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

Not really for more than 2 people

I reserved this for my family for 2 nights. I was specifically looking for accommodations for 3 adults (me, spouse and teenage daughter) and was told after I reserved that the 3rd person has access to an air mattress. Ok, not great, but it'll do. Unfortunately, the air mattress did not stay inflated, so my daughter ended up on the floor each night. The location was convenient, the unit was clean, the laundry and kitchen were definitely advantages and we felt safe. It'd be great for a couple or someone with a pack and play (there's plenty of room), but not for a group looking for 2 places for adults to sleep.

The unit was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked. Didn't like being right on highway 101. Could hear traffic and didn't feel safe, being the only resident unit amongst businesses and parking lots.

Everything was wonderful. The too-high bed problem was solved. I would have liked hand rails in the shower. Also, a desk would have been nice. But I used a stool, and that worked. The owner and his staff were wonderful. I would recommend this place and if I am lucky, return next year!

Cute and efficient

we stayed 4 days 3 nights here on the bottom floor. Check in was seamless. Apartment is very well appointed, including extra blankets and pillows, air fryer, waffle maker, many pots and pans and dishes, plastic wrap etc. Living room was comfortable as was the bed. They weren't kidding about being able to hear the people upstairs, especially when they stomp! But it was ok. The traffic sound from 101 out front is hardly noticeable with doors and windows closed. The apartment is easy walking distance to just about everything you need. We would totally stay here again!
