This quaint, 1BR/1BA condo is ideal for small families, couples, or the solo

traveler who enjoys the convenience of ski-in access. Located up three flights

of stairs, watch family and friends ski or bike down to the base area from the

deck overlooking the slopes. The living room has a magnificent view of the

legendary peak of Mt. Crested Butte, looming over the base area slopes. Kick

your feet up at the end of a long day and relax while watching the alpenglow

illuminate the peak outside your window. Or enjoy your favorite shows, sports

or movies on the flat screen TV. The kitchen is cozy, but well-appointed,

making it easy to cook any meal. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably as there is

also a queen sofa bed located in the living room.



Located in the heart of the ski area base, this affordable ski-in/ski-out

complex has the best location on the mountain - just steps from the lifts,

shops, and restaurants.
