「The rooms was clean 」

「Great location next to van andel. Good bars/restaurants on the street level. Room was half windows with great view of Grand Rapids. Many establishments in walking distance. 」

「The best part of this hotel is the esthetics of the lobby and hallways and the shower water pressure. Noise level was doable, they have live music in the lobby, truffle fries at the bar were great. The only issue was the bed and pillows, very thin and the mattress is not the most comfortable. 」

「Don’t really understand why a fully handicap accessible room is on the 3rd floor, I cringe if I need to use the stairs as I am currently in a wheelchair. But other than that, very good overall 」

「they were very much into construction, everything was a mess, the room we had was re done, very nice, clean, up to date. Breakfast was nice.」

「I enjoyed the look of the room (exposed brick was quaint). The bed was a little soft for my liking. Only had a nightstand on one side of the bed and we weren’t able to find anyone at the front desk when we checked out (this was undoubtedly due to the fact that there was a power outage, so it did not upset me). I would stay there again. 」
