「I only had a short stay as had to leave early, but what an exceptional property, well maintained, very clean, lots of amenities & felt secure. The only criticsim is if there are any guests who have accessibility issues, the description of each apartment should mention what floor it is & how many sets of stairs, maybe even provide a floor plan on their booking page, to help guests.」

「I have been to Liverpool before but none the likes of this one. The property provided my friend and I with ample room to circulate in addition to having our own private space. 「Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother.
