“Great house, had everything we needed! It’s down a somewhat confusing road but if you just tell taxi drivers ‘The Hills - Lower Gate’ they’ll know where to go! ”

“To keep it short, everything was above and beyond expectations. A seamless experience throughout. Had no issues with anything what so ever. 5 stars all around.”

“The place was very nice and clean. It had a very nice view from the roof top and the description of getting up to it was very accurate but the air conditioner that was in the room did not work very well and it was very warm in there. So as long as you don’t mind the room being very warm then you should be fine. even though there was a ceiling fan. Even if the windows would’ve been opened, only some of them had screens, and there was no possible way to have a cross breeze because the other side……

“Our VRBO hostess was fantastic, very detailed in what we needed to bring and do for the trip. We had the best time tooling around in the Mampoo jeep visiting the various beaches for great snorkeling. Maho beach was our favorite for turtle encounters. The weather staying consistently the same is a little freaky, but super great once you accept it. Living in “the birdhouse “ was a lot of fun, and we’d recommend it to anybody. Thanks for letting us stay in your beach getaway.”

“The house had amazing views and Jovanna, the property manager, was absolutely incredible. 10/10”

“The property was clean and had a great deck with amazing views. The location was great- far enough from the traffic in Cruz Bay, but close enough that it took less than 10 minutes to get to restaurants, the grocery store, etc. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Communication with the host was good and she was very responsive. However, communication with the property manager wasn’t great- the directions to get there were not accurate based on where we were coming from and……

“Everything was perfect except that we had great difficulty finding the house to check in. It was dark and our Taxi driver was not familiar with the house. The address that I had was C-13. In fact, the street address for the unit was A-13. The owner of A-13, who I presume was the father of the adjacent unit C-13 owner, was very helpful in assisting us. Overall, the unit was very nice.I plan to go back.”

“This house was exactly what we needed after spending a few days camping. The views were great and it was very private despite being tucked in between several other houses. It is a short and doable walk to town and the traffic on the small roads around it was very light. The private pool was great and refreshing. The a/c in the bedrooms was exactly what you needed after a long day outside. I loved our stay here and would come back and stay again if I get the chance!”
