"Our family of 6 loved our stay at Coconuts. Kevin provided an excellent and thorough check-in providing many great pro-tips and the attention to detail at this property is above and beyond. Waking up to and coming home to the spectacular view, warm pool, hottub, and various entertainments were the cornerstone of a wonderful first visit to St. John! The kids loved all the games and entertainment and playing in the pool after the day at the beach. The parents loved the “private” Dutch pod experience with separate bedrooms and enjoying fresh coffee on the deck every morning. The location is convenient to the amenities of Cruz Bay and North Shore beaches which is where we spent most of our time when not at the villa. Underlying everything was the assurance of smooth power and water flows from their self-sufficient systems. We had no big issues during our stay, but Danielle and Kevin were quick to respond if there were to be any. As is the nature of this island, come prepared for some bug bites if you plan on enjoying the outdoor spaces (a can of Dermoplast found at the property came in handy). There is also some, rare noise from passing vehicles and neighbors on the adjacent road, but that is a reality at most of the villas in the area unless you want to be 30 - 40 minutes from everything. We are already dreaming about our return, perhaps a family reunion renting both of this couple’s properties! Book this villa with confidence!"
