「First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...

「The condo was very clean and updated nicely, beds were very comfy. We stayed here just for one night while we visited friends and it met all our needs. Neighbors were quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. The only slightly misleading thing was the beach access: I thought it was adjacent to the property, but it's actually across the road--there is a crossing with lights, however. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting with lots of chairs and shade. Definitely would...

「Christy was very welcoming, answering question and making sure we were comfortable. Her welcome book was informative so we had no questions once in the property. The only downfall was that beds had to be made upon arrival. Based on other family staying on the property, that seeems like a St Regis thing, not an owner choice. However, having beds made makes it feel more like a vacation than a chore. The condo overall was clean, well decorated and well stocked with kitchen ware/coffee etc....
