The staff are great Front desk clerk during the day was so friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff supplied us with all requested items almost immediately and we're always smiling and polite. The few meals we had at the Gator pub were very good but pricey.

this road wave was a little bit dismal upon my first impression pulling up. But I really liked the location because their pool area is nice and they have a nice little pub with good food. And you can walk over to Homosassa Springs State Park visitor center from the walkway across a little bridge. So convenient! Anyway, it turns out to be a good stop. And I loved checking out the sights & restaurants around Old Homosassa nearby, along the river.

I'm not sure where the great reviews are coming from but this place is filthy and scary. Think homeless are living in the back rooms of hotel and they had grills and barking dogs. Filthy brown towels and sheets. Floor felt so gross! Old mirrors and you can see outside under door. Do not waste your money here?
