“Wow, if you want to stay off of the beaten track then this is the place for you. A small cabin with all of your creature comforts like A/C, hot shower, comfy bed, washer/dryer, dishwasher. There are even things like individually wrapped toothbrushes, make-up remover wipes, shampoo and body wash in case you forgot something. Treats in the kitchen like hot cocoa packs, coffee k-cups, tea, snacks. The kitchen has all of the pots, pans, plates, utensils and cups that you will need if you plan on……

“Could not check in never sent info. Looked like a dump. Had 6 cars in driveway 2 had hoods up. Was not a safe environment. Picture and reality were completely different”

“I cannot say enough good things about this little slice of peaceful heaven!!! The neighborhood is quaint, quiet, and so beautiful. Shannon is the most welcoming and responsive host, and the cottage is stunning. Just when you think it couldn’t get more magical, the place lights up at night into a peaceful evening wonderland. I had the best night sleep there I’ve had in decades. The use of the kayaks and the waterfront access was so special for my niece and I to enjoy the water and nature that……

“It is a beautiful tiny house, clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. Highly recommend.”

“Perfect homosassa stay. The tiny house and firepit are all fenced in together. The hut itself was actually pretty spacious with 2 places to sleep. We had that winter freeze this weekend and kuddos to whoever did the insulation! We stayed warm! The host was so quick to answer all our questions. Pics do not give it justice for all the local art inside.The whole trip was perfect. We were in town to do crystal river and whether or not youre traveling with pets, Id recommend this adorable spot! ”

“The place was lovely. Had everything we needed. It was clean, well supplied with dinnerware, utensils, microwave , etc.”

“Got there in the dark, directions were pretty straight forward, but it still seemed a little invasive with the house so close. Internet didn't work well until the host reset it in the morning, so we couldn't use the Roku system on the TV or login to our computer internet. Since we got there so late it just didn't feel right to pester the host about it. Dogs were super friendly and didn't bark. The host was friendly and accomodating”

“Terrible. Ended up spending another $1,600 last minute to stay elsewhere. This is not an air bnb or anything similar. It’s is one child size bedroom in a rude old lady’s house. It is intentional false advertising. The “shared bathroom” clause is supposed to have you assume you will be sharing the place with the elderly woman that lives there and whatever guests she has in another room. She called us that day and corrected our grammar and was very rude. Upon arrival, we walked past a living area……
