Spacious 3 BR 2 Bath House On Deep Canal With Screened Heated Pool

Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home with a screened heated pool kept at 84* as best we can when temperatures are 60* and above and covered. The pool has an attached enclosed patio with table and chairs. There is a floating dock on a deep canal to accommodate your boat. Easy access to the Gulf and Kings Bay. Just minutes from the Archeology Museum, Citrus Avenue Shopping, Restaurants, Kings Bay, Hunter Springs Park, Three Sisters Springs Park., and swimming with the manatees. The local boat ramp is just a mile from the house off West State Park Street at Crystal River Water Sports which sits behind the Days Inn. There are 4 adult Lifetime sit on top kayaks and two kids 5+ Lifetime sit on top Kayaks with paddles and life jackets. Awesome location for swimming with the manatees, fishing, scalloping, and all other activities. Great quiet and calm deep water canal for kayaking and fishing even on WINDY days. We offer a propane gas grill, Keurig and drip coffee pots, full kitchen, towels, bedding, soap, shampoo, cream rinse, toiletries, and paper towels.

Loved our stay

House is in a beautiful location, right on the water and you can see the canal from the living area. We greatly enjoyed relaxing in the pool and on the porch. Crystal Springs has a nice small town feel and we enjoyed going out to see the manatees. Would definitely recommend!

Restful Retreat

Our family enjoyed the peace and quiet in this beautiful rental home. We had everything that we needed. Carl was the perfect host! He kept us entertained with his humor as he gave us a guided tour of the house. His recommendation of local restaurants was extremely helpful as well. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Crystal River area.

Relaxing stay on a peaceful canal

Everything about the property was as good as advertised. Nice comfortable furniture, better than most. Location very close to state parks and boating. The birds and wildlife were a plus. Twice saw a large gator swimming in the canal behind the home. From the pool in the late afternoon, watching the birds was a treat. Loved our stay here and would be back again without question!

Summer Scallop Trip

This property had all the space we needed and the canal made it easy to get out to the river and the gulf. The pool was really nice to hang out in after a day on the water. This is a great location for your trip to Crystal River.

Crystal River Hide-away

Located in a quiet neighborhood, property was exactly as described. Large family room overlooking deep canal. Water temp in pool was great. Everything in house was brand new and worked perfectly. A great spot for family looking for a laid back vacation with restaurants and shopping just a few miles away. Plenty to do for everyone!!!

Perfect get away spot

We loved our stay. House was perfect for our family to relax and also enjoy the outdoors in Crystal River. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and very clean. We enjoyed the screened in pool and kayaks on the canal. The kind owner met us to check in and give a tour of the property (and recommend a great restaurant). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Immaculate, Waterfront Home with spacious master bedroom with sitting/dressing area. Light and airy family room, screened pool —- renovated with Split bedroom layout for privacy. Kitchen is well stocked and has granite countertops & new cabinets. Kayaks are provided and local restaurants, Hunter Springs and other park areas are just a few miles away. Hope to return. Also, very reasonable price for such outstanding accommodations.Host is responsive and helpful

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was awesome and the kids really enjoyed it. The house has big rooms and accommodated our family very well. The children fished and kayaked. Absolutely loved it.

Wonderful stay

Love this home! This was the 2nd time we stayed here, both times were in Sept for my hubby’s bday. The pool is the perfect thing to stay cool. We brought floats this time and I can say this was the most peaceful thing to do, is lay in the float & relax in the pool. The home is very spacious but very comfy and homey. We both were able to relax and enjoy. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home.

Nice place

We were in town to visit family and this place was great. We brought our 22ft boat and had no problems with space. Carl even let us dock our boat there before check in!! The boat launch is right down the road. The house had everything we needed. All we had to do was buy groceries. Thank you Carl!!

High Quality Home

You could not ask for a more comfortable home. Had everything you would need. Very clean and made you feel warm and welcome. My only regret was I should have booked it for at least a week. Next time I will be sure to stay longer. Carl was a very nice Host. We knew we were going to have a great time.

Beautiful pool home to relax in a quiet area

Amazing home to relax in for a getaway. The neighborhood is so quiet. Home has everything you need to cook meals and close to the grocery store to get what you need. Spacious home. Amazing sunsets seen from the pool and nice and dark outside for star gazing out back. The pool was so awesome to get in to cool down on hot days in September. Only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for sharing your home, until next time.

Exceeded expectations

My wife and I stayed here 5 weeks Feb/Mar. The home was spotless—the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in by far! Very nicely decorated and HUGE! We had our daughter and her 3 kids down for a week and there was still a ton of extra room. Used the grill many times, the kayaks a bunch and the pool extensively! Carl was very responsive and helpful with info about the area. He and his wife suppled the home with everything we might need during our stay and the kitchen was very well equipped. Very quiet neighborhood yet very close to town, parks, restaurants, all the Crystal River attractions. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat!
