Upstairs loft bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, 40" TV, plenty of clothing storage, office space: desk/chair with waterfront view, PERSONAL mini-split AC system to control room temperature.
Downstairs Master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, 55" TV, plenty of clothing storage, full-size bathroom (shared within house guests), PERSONAL mini-split AC system to control room temperature.
Light use, stackable washer and dryer. Larger loads/towels/family washes are to be done in the washer/dryer downstairs.
Window seating/Waterfront casual dining inside with family style seating on the 25' balcony, outside.

Live bait shop (super clean) on the island with an ice cream shop/retro camper next door. Great family environment! They sell sunscreen if you need it!
