Great stay

Spent a few days here for spring break with our adult sons. The house was spacious, clean and stocked with all the essentials. I would stay here again and 100% recommend to others

Perfect launch point for Crystal River

Clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. Kitchen fully equipped and we enjoyed kayaking right off the property! Perfect launch point for snorkeling with the manatees in Crystal River!

Perfect quick stay

We booked this house so we could do the manatee swim. Super close (about 7 minutes), quiet location. Caught several fish off the dock. Perfect little retreat!

Fishing Tournament Weekend.

I stayed at this property with a few friends for a fishing tournament in Crystal River. Everything at the home was just as advertised and the owner was quick to communicate and assist his guests. The home is close to the heart of Crystal River and is very well set up for fishermen. The home has its own boat ramp and dock, so we were able to do everything from the house and skip the craziness at the local boat ramps. I would absolutely return and stay again.

Relaxing Waterfront

Peaceful relaxation in a very comfortable home. Loved the spacious kitchen and all the recreation extras. We cooked, kayaked, grilled and had a campfire! Great getaway!

SWAM WTH THE MANATEES AND HAD A WONDERFUL AIR BOAT RIDE INTO THE GULF OF MEXICO. ' WE FELT SAFE IN THE VRBO AND HAD WHAT WE NEEDED.

Great little getaway

The house was perfect for our family. I loved sitting on the deck and listening to the fish jump in the river. Super quiet street - just the escape we needed - yet close to everything. We enjoyed the kayaks and the large yard. We had trouble with the front door keypad but Phil was super apologetic and took care of it immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Another Amazing stay @ Phil's waterfront home

This was our 2nd time staying here for scalloping season and while the scallops were lacking, the accommodations weren't. Nice home, had everything we needed, the dock and the ramp worked great for our 24' center console boat, and Phil was an excellent host. See you Again next year!

Great house, great setting!

The property is exactly as listed - clean, airy, comfortable and scenic. The check-in was effortless and we could not have asked for a nicer place to stay! My only regret was that we were only there for one night, it would have been a great getaway for much longer. Thank you!

Scalloping weekend

Beautiful home and location. The on-site boat ramp was great for our boats and very convenient. It was an easy boat ride out to the river and off shore. We would love to stay here again next season.

Crystal River Getaway

The property was in a quiet location along the river. Really enjoyed sitting on the dock and kayaking. It was close to restaurants and anything that you would want to do in Crystal River. Very clean and up-to-date. Highly recommend.

Peaceful Retreat

Our trip to Crystal River was spectacular, thanks to this fantastic house. It was well-stocked, and the four kayaks were a highlight. Kayaking to the river's mouth and seeing a manatee and baby alligator was unforgettable. The location was perfect, just a short drive to downtown. The house was in a quiet, safe area, ideal for relaxing. An early morning dive with Fun2Dive was an amazing part of our trip too—ask for Sarah! Highly recommend!

Perfect location

Every year our group of friends goes to Crystal River to go scalloping and this place was perfect for us. We take our John boats up and the owner was very accommodating allowing us to park our boats and trucks on the spacious property. The private boat launch was very convenient, and made it easy to hit the water without dealing with the headache of using the public ramp. Although most of our time is spent enjoying the springs and gulf, we enjoyed the tranquility of the property. The home itself was beautiful and clean, we plan to book again.

Scallop adventure!!

Great house for scalloping/fishing. Was able to launch and retrieve 25ft deep v center console. Dock at low tide is 2 ft of water. Bridge clearance is not an issues easily 13-15ft. House was clean and great only issue is house has almost no exterior lighting and is very dark at night.

Five Glorious Days

Two other girlfriends and myself had an amazing time in Crystal River Florida. The location is beautiful, just on the other side of a state park, and along a canal, where we had direct access to put the kayaks provided by the property owners straight into the canal for kayaking. We had short excursion to Rainbow River and swam with the manatees, and in Three Sisters Springs, as well as House Springs. We want to go back! It is such a glorious place. The VRBO was perfect for us. Spacious, clean, well stocked, and with a large kitchen. We each had a bedroom and were so happy with the house. There is a large balcony that overlooks the canal, the yard is big and green with a nice fire pit. I highly recommend this for couples, families, and small group getaways!

This was a prefect solution for our family stay in Crystal River. The layout of the property. Inside and out, was ideal for our needs. The check in process could not have been easier and it was very close to restaurants and attractions. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great property right on the water. We used the kayaks to go out on the River and cleaned our scallops on the dock. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Only downside of the whole stay was there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided. Charcoal was provided, though, which was nice for grilling steaks one night. Would def stay here again!
