“I found that the property and the room were dated. However, for the price, it provided a clean, very basic room with fridge and fair sized TV. Breakfast was adequate and enough to get me on the road. At this price, it was a clean and comfortable place to get a few hours sleep.”

“We checked in after a wedding at 11:00 PM. The front desk gentleman was great! Rooms where clean. The breakfast area is large. They had great coffee, juices, water. Waffles, egg omelets, bacon and potatoes. Cereal/ oatmeal, donuts. You could find something you would like. The outside seating area is nice which over looks the golf course.”

“I was placed in two different rooms. Both had broken lamps (3 total). One had a broken closet door, water pooling in the dishwasher, crumbs in the drawers and dog hair in the sofa bed. The other had a broken phone and filthy stovetop. The beds and bathrooms were clean, so that was good. The entire floor had a terrible smell that lingered for the 3 days I was there. “We arrived at the hotel on Friday. Room was clean. Got up Saturday morning left for the day. Returned in the evening. Our room was not serviced. Called to the front desk and asked why not. We were told because we left the do not disturb sign was on the door. I said no we didn't. The front desk said do you need towels. I said yes we will. He sad he would bring them up right away. Which he did. But not enough for the 3 people staying in the room. Upon check out. I asked for a receipt and was……

“This hotel is very out dated. The curtains in our room were ripped. The window casing was broken. Would have liked to have a night table on both sides of the bed. The tub had stains. Toilet seat moved around like it wasn't on tight enough. The breakfast was disappointing. Stayed 3 days in a row and all had some sort of sausage each time, no bacon? The whole breakfast needs improved except for the waffle iron. There were no options on the TV to stream any streaming services. The pool needed……

“Beautiful setting and views. Stayed in a standard king room. Spacious and the bathroom was well stocked with towels. Pillows were excellent but he mattress could use an upgrade. The room and building is nicely maintained but looks like it's due for a complete paint refresh inside and out. We didn't use the pool or anything on the grounds but it all looked wonderful. The location is well off the beaten path so there is absolutely no city noise at any time - very peaceful. The Chestnut……

“We did not even say we went in the room and it smelt so bad of mildew and mold it was burning my kids noses and burning my throat. We cannot even stay in the room. We were offered another room but no refund however we did not want the other room because their office smelled just like mildew and mold as well. Meaning the whole building smells that way. The guy refused to give us a refund. The room is not worth $200. This was a rip off and they need to use their money to bleach the mold out of……

“Requested an early check in a day in advance. Was told 1:30 "would not be a problem" and room was not ready until 3:30. Breakfast area could not accommodate the number of guests there. Shower drain was plugged, left you in inches of standing water.”
