“Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.”

“The room had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the entire room, making our stay very unpleasant. According to our Expedia reservation, a complimentary bottle of wine or another welcome drink was included, but we didn’t received it. We had to remind them of that. They never gave us the drinks. We also wanted to watch the Soccer World Cup game, but the hotel did not have a working TV in the restaurant or dining area, so guests were unable to watch the match.”

“Precio accesible,comodidad y cercanía a todo ,comunicación rápida,cercas del aeropuerto, solo un punto no tuve aire acondicionado por un Dia largo,desde las 7am-6pm , tuve que estar en la playa esperando.dijieron que por reparaciones del lugar,todo lo demas fue Perfecto,wi Fi rápido.”

“First the check in staff was terrible. They treated us horribly and were not very helpful when some issues with Expedia and their hotel happened for reservations. After that the troubles only increased. The property advertises as All inclusive however no drinks apart from beer and the food was only buffet. Both were terrible. The service at the pool is also horrible. No one pays attention and to even get anything is ridiculous impossible. This is 0 star forget 5 star hotel! Never would go here……

“For a hostel it was a great stay. I stayed on week days so there was absolutely no music during the night like other reviews have mentioned. There was only one other guest in the room, so pretty quite almost all the time when in the room. Plenty of showers and toilets. Near everything pretty much. 32 minute walk from airport if you don't feel like paying a taxi. Just FYI, there's no Uber on the island.”

“La primer noche no funcionó el aire acondicionado, y me cambiaron de habitación y en la segunda habitación no había agua caliente y no me pude bañar y por la noche me bañé y se acabó el agua! El personal de el lobby sólo me decía que no sabían del tema!”
