「Wonderful stay at The Element Hotel Detroit. We came in for a one-night stay last minute to experience Day 3 of the NFL Draft with our son. The hotel was super convenient to everything, and very nice. They had some fun events going on with pop-up shops when we checked in and they were super welcoming of kids. 「Sonder was in a great location for walking to places downtown. The beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. The front desk staff was helpful. Unfortunately, Sonder put a FedEx address for picking up mail that didn’t exist and it cost me quite a bit of time and money to pick up my mail in a timely manner which was sent outside of Detroit. This is clearly their mistake and I feel they should compensate me for their error. Have a nice stay…just don’t ever need anything to be sent to you.」
