Barn dominium (right side of the building) 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a twin size rollaway in the living area suitable for a child or small adult. 1 full bathroom with shower and hairdryer. All linens, towels and paper products supplied. We also have soft water. Toiletries available upon request. Full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and utensils and dish soap. Wi-Fi and Roku on the TV + DVD player. BBQ grill and outside seating on a covered patio area with views of Needles and Black Elk Peak. Firepit. Great for a relaxing evening. Star gazing is great here as well. Paved road to the property. Well behaved pets are welcome. Pets cannot be left unattended. 4 miles to downtown Historic Downtown Custer, 6 miles to the West entrance of Custer State Park, 9 miles to Sylvan Lake, 11 miles to Crazy Horse, 12 miles to Wind Cave Park, 12 miles to Jewel Cave, 15 miles to Hill City and the 1880 Train and Depot, 34 miles to Mt. Rushmore and 1 hour to Rapid City. Fishing and hiking. Custer offers many dining opportunities.

Wonderful view. Plenty of space. Close to everything we were doing. But far enough out of town that it was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing place to stay. We rolled in about 11:45pm and Laurie had the door unlocked for us and the lights on so it was very easy to find from the road and didn’t have to try to figure out the lockbox that late. There was a rollaway bed all ready as well. Everyone had their own space which is always nice when traveling with teenagers! The place is SPOTLESS and had everything we needed. Great location just outside of town. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and you! Laurie was extremely responsive and helpful. Just book it!

We had a really great stay here. You cannot beat the views from the porch that overlook the hills. We stayed here on a family trip (two sisters, our mom, and our spouses). Worked well as a home base to explore the wondrous Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore, and all the scenic byways in the area. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for us with plenty of space (we had 3,but easily fits 6). We found it comfortable and relatively close to all the places we wanted to see - the monuments, Custer State Park. The owners were responsive and we appreciated the detailed instructions. I found the bed very comfortable too. It was well stocked.

They go above & beyond to make sure your stay is the way you want it!The place is located near everything we wanted to do, & clean clean clean! And we love relaxing at fire pit at end of the day! It was in the perfect location, close to crazy horse, mt rushmore as well as shopping. Owners responded right away with any questions I had before arrival and once there everything we would need to have a relaxing enjoyable stay was provided. Beautiful house. This was a wonderful property close to all of the state and national parks in the area. The owners are wonderful, it’s a beautiful house and piece of property. If you like dark skies, then this is also an ideal spot. I captured a great photo of the Milky Way on just my iPhone.

The area was quiet and rural while being approximately 30 minutes or less from Hot Springs, Wind Cave, Jewel Cave, Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse and more. Accommodations were comfortable. I would stay again if in the area.
