「简直糟糕透了。前台两位女工作人员，一脸不耐烦，好像旅客都欠他们的一样。不是那种面无表情哦，是那种冷着你给你摆脸子呢。真是令人不开心。整个酒店服务都很冷漠，就是那种懒得搭理你。 还有就是去迪士尼班车时间真的太少了，一天一趟到两趟，而且时间基本都不太有意义。 整体设施就那样吧，比较旧。 」

「Front desk/Danay or Danae is very accommodating. A good face of the company. Knows the needs of a client. We badly needed elevator for our 90 yr old mother. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. Anyway, she find a way for us to be upgraded. If not for her I regret that I chose spectrum. I highly recommend this beatiful resort. Worth...

「This was a great place to stay & the pool area wasn’t busy, so we enjoyed a relaxing time. The only complaint was that we were told to replace the toilet paper, tiny soaps, dishwasher tabs… really? Those items should be part of the package & we shouldn’t have to run to Walmart & purchase items to replace the little bit we used. 」

「We had such a wonderful stay! Great Commication with the owner prior to our arrival. There was a maintenance issue and it was resolved quickly. Very clean, great beds, room for our whole family. Quiet neighborhood and not far from access to the I4, a publix, and small shopping area. I would 100% stay here again!! Thanks so much for the memories」

「House was not well cleaned. We found all kinds of wrappers behind furniture. Furniture was old and broken, especially the beds. I slept on a bunk bed for 11 days that was supported by several cans of paint, which I only realized the last day of my stay. I communicated this to Property Owner but they never responded. WIFI never EVER worked. Please don't waste your money with this Property. 14 years renting from VRBO and this is the first time I had such a terrible experience.」

「This Condo was wonderful, fully stocked with all the Amenities, Laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, trash bags, and a lot more stuff that ever other condo rentals does not provide. This rental was amazing. Pool was a perfect temperature even in April. The drive to Universal was only about 20 miles so not to far. Best of both worlds. Out far enough to be quite, close enough not to annoy. The beds were a bit stiff for me, but my husband loved it. I will be back!」
