Lovely spacious room with incredible views, bath and shower. Friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home and cater to our every need. Balmy ocean breezes in the pool and fantastic cocktails. Great dining all around, lots of spas/massage places and easy spot to get "grabs". Breakfast caters to both local and western tastes. The staff was excellent. Especially the guys at the front door as they were very polite and helpful and always happy. The front desk staff were also very accommodating and helped me with everything that I needed. The rooms clean, shower hot and comfortable bed. Lots of English movie channels too. The pool is great, but the exercise room has a bike that does not work well and could be replaced and it could just use some dumbbells of good quality. I would stay here again for certain.

Excellent property. Great location, close to everything. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, friendly staff. A special mention to the Boys who work as concierge, very friendly and always interested in how your day was. I would stay at Alani again.
