「They refused to acknowledge i had already paid for the hotel, then charged me mich more than the rate advertised. The water only works part of the time. All rooms comnect straight to the lobby, so there is very little privacy. The building looks nothing like the pics and is bombed out. The entrance is a dark unmarked stairwell on the side of the building. The door is surrounded by debris and beggars. One employee even accused me of taking money from them, stating her count was off...

「Bevause of a delayed plane arrival I needed to get in touch with the hotel to ensure I could access my room after hours. I reached out several times and never received a response. Since this hotel does not tefund the booking fee, they do not care after you booked.」

「the apartment was on the 4th floor and there was no lift, so a hard walk up and down. No windows in the kitchen, lounge or bathroom, so cooking made the whole area very hot. AC in the bedroom was great but the mattress was extremely hard. however the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was great for the two night stay we had but I would not want to stay there longer. 」

「Location on the map on the website was not correct - according to that map is accomodation in city part “Sacre coeur”, but real location is Ngor. So check the correct address on the website before you go. There was not working phone number to contact the accomodation and ask About right address. We had problem to find IT with taxi, any sign outside. Room was Ok, average, bed and bathroom, not so spacious, relevant to the price. Fridge and kettle included, which was useful. We got just one Towel...
