They answered every question immediately, helped us schedule another night, then cancel it an hour later when we found out that we could get released and get home that day. I give the Host 5 star plus rating.”

“This was my first time staying at a self-service hotel and I must say it was pretty sufficient and nice. The process was easy and straightforward, communication was detailed and prompt. The only thing I was not a fan of was that this booking was advertised as a bed and breakfast and it is not, but I think that is more of a Vrbo mistake than the host. Would stay again and recommend!”
