「The hotel is located near Reunion Tower, Dealey Plaza, train station, JFK Memorial/JFK Museum, and restaurants. The hotel staff was extremely nice, informative, and helpful. Our hotel room had a microwave, refrigerator, and views of Reunion Tower. The room was sparkling clean and maid service replenished our coffee packets every day. I loved the location of this hotel, amenities, hotel staff and the restaurant at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.」

「The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location.」
